Have used these guys for a few years now. Always super helpful and friendly and get things done promptly. Decent affordable prices that makes using them an option when I’m too busy to collect things myself. Called them yesterday with a last minute job and we had the consignment by lunch today! Great service!
We build exhibtion stands and everything is to a time slot or a deadline. Sometimes we need deliveries taking immediately.

I needed to transport a number of fragile antique framed pictures from one end of the country to another at short notice. Ian was positive, responsive and helpful. The whole shipment was collected and delivered within a few hours and absolutely nothing was damaged. I would certainly use this company again.

Ian jumped to my rescue with very little notice to collect and deliver some important documents. He made the process calm and took the worry off my shoulders straight away. The collection was an easy handover and I have photo evidence and signatures of the drop offs. Ian kept me posted throughout. I can highly recommend using Parcel Pal.

Excellent service from ParcelPal, cannot recommend them enough. Call came in late from Hull Royal Infirmary, needed some urgent pipeline materials from our Birkenhead branch. Job booked with Ian of ParcelPal at 21:00 and the vehicle was collecting in Merseyside at 7:30am the following morning and was at the hospital for just after 10:00am.
