Absolutely pathetic delivery service. They e been giving me the run around all week. I had to contact Amazon to discover the company had truck problems and my package is considered missing. Why wasn’t I informed by the company I’ve been I. Contact with the last 5 days. Their communication is crap! Don’t use this company. Their poor online reviews are testimony to the service!!!
Better experience than some of the other companies.
The delivery came on the day it said it would which is a plus but dropping and running left me with a meh feeling. (I live in an apartment complex in the city and literally said "coming down now", took me about.. a minute or a minute and a half to get to the lobby door where it was sitting OUTSIDE and people walking about..).
The live tracking doesn't work, just kept opening the same page over and over again.. great idea but needs work.
I will say though, I was super happy with the live chat they have. The site was saying it was on board for delivery on the 9th at 10pm but today is the 10th so when I went to live chat, they helped me by confirming that it was coming today and were friendly.
Failure to deliver on time, parcel will now arrive when I’m on holiday
Made an order from The Iconic which said it would be delivered on Wednesday. It didnt get collected by Parcelpoint until three days after it said the iconic booked it, and it’s now Friday and not delivered. I am going on holidays tomorrow and asked if it could be rerouted. Their response was the network was congested and it will arrive within 7 days (I am on holidays this whole time). In the meantime, the Iconic shipped an exchange with Australia post on Tuesday and I had it on Wednesday afternoon.
No care, no quality, no customer service.
No customer service, do not answer requests, say they ‘attempted delivery’ when they did not and leave your valuable packages outside your property without any notification.
I would never, ever use them if I had the choice.
Extremely disappointing experience.
Extremely disappointing experience.
My parcel was supposed to be delivered today in Victoria, yet the tracking shows it was sent from Craigieburn (VIC) all the way to Sydney (NSW) for no logical reason.
Why on earth was my package sent interstate when my delivery address is clearly in Victoria? Now the delivery is delayed for no reason and the tracking makes absolutely no sense.
Very poor logistics and zero transparency.
Absolutely disgusting service.
Absolutely disgusting service.
My parcel was picked up in Melbourne. I live in Melbourne yet for some unknown reason, it has been sitting in New South Wales for quite a while.
I have emailed and emailed and emailed and have received no response at all. I have tried calling and they said they are too busy to answer the phone.
Pathetic company.
“Delivery by ParcelPoint” Amazon
Recent Amazon purchase was assigned delivery with ParcelPoint. The tracking is a complete mess and basically useless. Driver picked up parcel at 1:33AM with a delivery ETA of 1:33 - 2:33AM while the location is in another state, then out for delivery at 5:27PM (still in another state) and magically delivered in the same minute to the correct suburb. Parcel was nowhere to be found, nothing on the cameras. It was likely stolen by whatever courier they outsource to. AVOID
They were supposed to contact me to…
They were supposed to contact me to arrange to pick up a package to go back to amazon but instead they just turned up when nobody was home and never bother to let me know. After a couple of days I called them to find out when they were coming (which is when I found out the fools had already been) and arranged for them to pick it up from my letterbox. 4 weeks later and it's still sitting in the letter box. Contact amazon over and over and they just say they will arrange as a matter of priority but never do.

This is the worst courier service in…
This is the worst courier service in Australia. I bought my parcel from Temu and expected the parcel to arrive on 21 March 2025 because I would move to another suburb on 22 March. In fact, the parcel arrived at Everyday Supermarket Dandenong on 24 March, which means I was not able to take it anymore because it's far from my current house. I contacted Temu telling them this situation and they asked me to ask the courier to return the parcel so that I could get my refund. Since then I contacted ParcelPoint many times, even chatted them online, but until now (24 April) my parcel has not been returned yet. Their service is really the worst. They don't care about the customers at all and don't take any action though the customer has called them many times. This is the first and the last time I used their service. NEVER anymore.

Meant to pickup a parcel for return and after repeated attempts they just don't show up.
Would avoid if possible..not sure how they fail to deliver on their core services

Don't trust Parcelpoint Hoxten park Newsagency.
I went on 10th January 2025 to return an item valued $200 to Amazon. I showed them the return barcode, and they scanned it. They didn't give me a receipt or anything. I left and it supposed to be picked up by Amazon and I get my refund. Unfortunately they had not scanned my barcode, and I am chasing parcelpoint and Amazon until today. They say there is no record that I dropped off the item and I don't have a receipt. I was in contact with the newsagents since I dropped off the item. And he was blaming Amazon for not processing the returns on time.
They have to be charged for these kind of behaviours.
Zero care
I ordered an item from etsy, addressed it to my local Penrith Parcel Point office, which I'd successfully used in the past for Amazon parcel pickups. Was dismayed to get a notification on 12 December to say it had been received at Parcel Point and was sent straight back! I asked them why, and they said because they only accept limited couriers (eg Amazon, etc). I said I had not been aware of this, and had another parcel on its way to them from the same source (etsy) and could they please call me when it arrives and I will collect, rather than sending it all the way back to China. They said sure, took my number. A few days later, I see a courier message that this second item had also been refused by Parcel Point and returned to sender, no attempt made to contact me. Very disappointing. Please use Australia Post Parcel Locker if you want to be sure of receiving your parcels. Particularly disappointing in the lead up to Christmas.
ParcelPoint - should not be handling Amazon Purchases
Product collected from Amazon on 3/12 & told would be delivered on 10/12. No updates since then.Got a msg today would have it by 8pm. At 8.10pm informed wouldn't have it until 13/12. No contact to talk to & tracking number not recognised.
Very Dodgy Behaviour at Parcel Point post code 4217
Parcelpoint Surfers Paradise/Gold Coast couriers working for Amazon seem to be running a scam where they use their scanners to show the parcel as delivered to a pick up point when it’s the pick up point that needs to scanned them as received and ready for collection.
Then, they aren’t delivering some of the parcels at all.
And when I’ve spoken to Amazon, they’ve simply said, this shouldn’t be happening.
If it was just a parcel here or there, one would put it down to incompetence of their countries.
But as it’s been the same product (an iPad screen protector) multiple times in a row, it would appear to be theft by parcel points couriers.
Amazon Australia have launched an investigation into this.
But my point here is, avoid any delivery that has anything to do with Parcelpoint. They are at best, completely incompetent and at worst, well you make your own mind on that. Just don’t want others to get completely scammed by them
Zero stars! Zero stars! Zero stars! Parcelpoint
Zero stars! Zero stars! Zero stars!
Parcel point for amazon returns, non existent.
2 weeks uncollected returns despite calling them everyday.
Amazon company please do not use this company ever again.
Item is still uncollected!
Amazon returns - DO NOT use Parcel Point
For those using Parcel Point for Amazon returns, please reconsider. Parcel Point does not issue receipts or scan parcels upon drop-off, leaving you without proof of delivery. If issues arise, Amazon directs queries back to Parcel Point, who often provide little assistance. This can lead to lost parcels and funds. To avoid such risks, it's advisable not to use Parcel Point.
They don't print the label for you
When you book a return they advertise that the drop off point will print out the label. Then after dropping off they say they don't and you need to drive back to deliver the delivery company's label to the delivery company? Use Australia post if you want your label printed.
Avoid this joke of a company, No. Seriously, AVOID.
Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
Ignore any positive review and think 'Oh it's only a small minority who have issues', You WILL get experience HELL dealing with these jokers.
You pay premium price for A delivery service and when the money grubs get you $, you'll receive NO updates, NO communication and NO help.
They don't do anything on time, Don't deliver ANY sort of customer service ( Literally none, you get hung up on if you call the 1300 number and follow proper prompts - they tell you either to leave your details for NO ONE to respond to or to email them)
How is a delivery service operating like this in 2024? Where you can't get a single person on the phone or to do what you PAID for?
For the love of god, Do NOT give these scammers a chance or the benefit of the doubt - You WILL be put through the ringer and endure a few good headaches.
Happy with the service
