Viva la paria

I've bought everything from jerseys to t-shirts, socks to caps from the leeds based cycling shop. The quality is superb and lasts forever ever. Love the t-shirts and hoodies...never seem to shrink...even with the wife's eagerness to tumledry everything.

Not sure what is going on with them but similar story to below. I ordered a jersey, it arrived promptly and was really nice but I didn’t like how it was cut so requested a refund through their website and sent it back which Royal Mail confirm.
Two months later no refund and they ignore my emails chasing up the matter.

Love this stuff

Love this stuff. Love the cafe and the gear. Never disappointed with any of its service. The staff are fab. I don’t wear anything else.

What customer service!!

Firstly I was sent a completely incorrect item, which in fairness was really nice quality but not what I ordered.
Secondly, it was sized totally incorrectly, way, way too small. It was meant to be XXL, but fit a friend perfectly who sizes a medium in Santini.
Thirdly, and the biggest issue. Communication!!! There is none.
The returns process is not too bad, as once requested a link is sent to have it collected, which was charged, even though it was the incorrect item.
I requested confirmation 4 times the delivery had been accepted and eventually received a refund 9 days after the Post Office confirmed delivery.
It really is a shame as the item ordered was decent quality but the sizing was plain stupid.
Would I use them again. Hell no!!
The worst customer service ever.

Avoid these cowboys

Bought two items , only sent one waited, weeks for a refund

I understand if they didn't have it bit of honesty and communication... but no, website said they had it , I bought it, they said they'd sent it , they didn't .... shocking customer service, more worried about negative reviews, then actually doing the right thing

6 months of attempts, dead end.

Was gifted an XL jersey for Christmas but unfortunately it did not fit (every other brand of cycling jersey I own is XL and fit perfectly) - contacted customer service several times over the course of about 5-6 months and the responses ranged from “it’s getting shipped in 6-8 weeks” to “we can process a refund,” however whenever I mention the refund the email chain goes completely silent, and I never did receive the replacement… now I’m not receiving any responses. Very disappointed as a lot of the stuff on their website looks good, however, will never bother with another purchase.

No customer service / refunds for products

Products are ok but returned a hoodie because the quality wasn't amazing/as expected. However has been nearly two months and still not received a refund. Have tried contacting everyone but no luck, really frustrating

Style over substance - Poor online service and can't (won't) send products internationally

I have ordered from them twice. I am British but live in Japan.

1st order: Paid for international shipping in November 2024. Waited for an email for it to be dispatched, never came. Emailed them, then I got a shipping email with tracking number. Checked the tracking number and it was still with Paria for 4 or 5 days. I was going back to the UK for Xmas so I arranged for them to send it to my family in Manchester and to refund my international shipping fee. It is April 2025 and I still haven't received that refund.

2nd order: Order placed with international shipping late January 2025. Website stated the two items I had ordered were "IN STOCK". Two weeks and nothing, so sent an email asking what was happening. Staff replied swiftly and explained that an item from my order hadn't arrived with them yet and that it would be there with them "any day". One month later, still nothing and no updates. I sent another email and was told that they still don't have the item. One more month goes by, no updates and the item has been removed from the website completely. I have sent multiple emails to them and they have not replied.

If you are buying from outside of the UK, DON'T. Awful. If I ever go to Leeds, I would physically go into the store and buy things, maybe. But having them ship products to customers internationally is apparently impossible for them to do. Seems like they are sending products within the UK no problem but trying to siphon money from international buyers by not sending us what we have paid for?

UPDATE:
Got everything refunded finally. Bombarded them with messages directly via email, through their website and on their instagram page. Persistence is key, it seems. They were apologetic to be fair. I really do love the one jersey I managed to get from them. However, I want to be sure that when I order cycling apparel, that I actually get it and that the delivery is swift. Unfortunately with Paria, I can't expect either.

Sizing not consistent

I purchased two tops, a black hoodie and grey cloud print sweatshirt and was pleased with them. Good fit and quality and delivered in a reasonable time. However they then offered a discounted oatmeal version of the sweatshirt (thinking it would be the same as the grey one) but it’s absolutely huge despite being labelled as the same size. Completely unwearable. I dropped them an email but got no response. Unfortunately I removed the tag assuming it would be the same size so I’m now stuck with it. Last order from me I’m afraid

Ordered before Christmas and still not received anything. 20 days since they last replied to me saying items are held up in customs… can’t sell something you don’t actually have!!!!

Joke of a company. Do not buy from them.

Really disappointing service and…

Really disappointing service and communication

Ordered 2 items 2 months ago, and was notified right away that one item was currently held up by costums and will be sent to me soon. Several emails of chasing them up, I received one of the items 4 weeks after i've ordered, but not the one that originally was in stock. This item is now not available anymore either. Very frustrating and a waste of time!

Very poor service

Very poor service, second time experienced problem with sending bought items. Contacted customer service asking when my item will be send, they respond that they send me email stating that my item is no longer available in size I ordered and I can ask for refund or different item. (I never received email from them, they just responded to my email)
Checked website again and my item is available on their website in size I wanted.
This is second time I have this kind of situation with them, first time I thought ok mistake happens but second time looks quite shady.

Poor communication

I did previously like this company however my recent purchase has put me off them entirely. Placed an order at the end of July which then didn't appear to be getting dispatched. As such I had to chase them up to be advised one item was "held with customs", however advised they could send the other items out. Again it took sometime for the other items to be sent out however. Then no sign of the jersey coming. Each time I chased up, I'm just told "it's with customs" and "were expecting it soon". Eventually after waiting almost 2 months I've given up and asked for a refund, however this also does not appear to be getting processed. The communication has been very poor from the company.

Bought the cloud print sweatshirt

Bought the cloud print sweatshirt. It’s an absolute gem. Fabric and quality is A1 and the cloud colour way works with almost every item a match it with. Roll on colder weather so I can wear it more often! Great customer service, response on my order enquiry around sizing and fit.

More of these please Paria!

The advertising is great

The advertising is great, was reasonably fast delivery. I'm personally not convinced on the quality of these items for the cost. Will not be buying again.
