Parker Villas Avis 74

Our experience with Parker Villas was outstanding. Their knowledge of Italy and the rentals they had to offer made it easy for us to pick the perfect place for our family reunion. They spent time with each member of our family who called to ask advice about side trips and then made reservations for them in the hotels they recommended. I would not hesitate using them again.

The folks at Parker Villas were gracious and helpful to a tee. Our primary contact was Roberta Lerman, who helped us understand all the options, patiently explained the ins and outs of travelling in Italy, and was always there for advice and guidance.

When our booked option/villa in Chiusi was suddenly unavailable due to circumstances beyond Parker Villas' control, Roberta sprung into action, provided ASAP three even-better options, and set us up in an incredible, spacious villa in an amazing villa near Orvieto!

With her deep experience in Italian vacationing and rentals, Roberta was beyond helpful, always making sure we were 100% satisfied.

Parker Villa is awesome!

Parker Villas did such a great job with finding us accomodations in Italy. I did a couple myself and can honestly say they were not nearly as nice (or as inexpensive) as the ones that Parker Villas found for us. We had a great time and were very comfortable. Their customer service is phenomenal.

Parker Villas (Roberta Lerman) provided a professional and caring experience for us. The Villa in Gardone Riviera was just as described. The owners from Le Florida resort could not have been nicer and more helpful. We highly recommend Parker Villas to our friends and look forward to another rental in the future with Parker.

Wonderful experience. Everything I hoped it would be. Totally satisfied with villa. As described. Little town of Montefollonico was glorious. 3 great little restaurants. Parking was no problem. Overall my wife and I were thrilled with our Tuscany adventure. Thank you Parker for your service.

Castello D'Albola Villa Marangole aka villa Falco Nero:
A wonderful experience. The villa was tastefully old yet immaculate, completely private,and was situated in a beautiful countryside and was surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. Pool/sunning area a nice accessory. Conveniently close to Radda in Chianti for shopping/dining. Was also centrally located for easy visiting of Florence, Siena, etc.,etc.
Housekeeping (Angela) flawless. Requested meals prepared for us on-site all gourmet and fun. Wine pairings with sommelier in attendance added to enjoyment. Castello D'Albola staff gracious.
Our family loved all! Many happy memories to share.

I have absolutely nothing negative to say about Parker Villas and our experience renting a villa from them this year. Key was their attention to detail both before and during our stay in Italy.

Parker and their associate Margie Nelson were terrific. Very professional and knowledgeable about the Villa property itself, it's accommodations, location and amenities! Margie arranged not only the Villa but also the rental van and hotel in Rome, her choices were " right on"...great location, friendly staffs and true value. This was my second association with Parker Villas but this trip was more special, because the it was a family event and adventure.Can't say enough positive things about the company and their associate, Margie!

The villa is exactly as described in the Parker materials. The owners, who live down the road, are extremely helpful in grocery shopping, etc. I strongly recommend using the cooking services. We had dinners prepared for our group's arrival and the last night. They were four course meals including white and red wines and bottled water. The cook will prepare whatever you want. All the food was delicious and generous portions. We had a chef with us and he was impressed with the quality of the food.
I would recommend getting the coordinates for the location of the villa for your GPS. It will take you right to the villa.
Every night we would burn a fire in the outdoor fireplace which helped to keep any flying insects away.
A rep from Parker Villas keeps in touch during your visit to make sure you are satisfied with the accommodations.

Beautiful location. Apartment exceeded expectations. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would go back without question. Also would use Parker Villas again.

For our almost "50th" wedding anniversary we wanted to find a unique and accessible place for our children, their spouses and our grandchildren to live for a week. We had used Parker Villas once before and were very pleased with the places we stayed, so when we were deciding on Italy as our focus we once more came to them. The solution was beautiful Villa Mirabella outside Orvieto in Umbria.

Everyone had their own bedroom and bath, the two kitchens and living areas had enough space for everyone. The grounds were beautifully kept as was the swimming pool. The Villa was close enough to everything we wanted to see and do. It was a wonderful week.

Only one negative comment - the last day when we were getting ready to leave was marred by the very early arrival of the cleaning crew. As we had until 10 a.m. to vacate the premises we think that they should have waited until that time to come in and clean.

Other than that little hitch, everyone had a delightful time and we would consider using Parker Villas again in the future.

The villa we rented was exactly what was advertised. The in-country people who met us, instructed us on the use of the property, and bid us a safe journey as we left the property, were strong English speakers and were helpful to us in enjoying the Vinci, Italy area. The countryside in which the villa was located was rich in opportunities for our fellow tourists. It was an excellent value to our entire group.

Parker villas does an excellent job of putting you in the right villa for your particular situation, and then doing all the hand holding to make sure you get the experience you dreamed of. They attend to all details, including assistance with rental cats, arranging for cooking class, etc. And by the time you get there, you know exactly what to expect. I worked with them 10 years ago when I first visited Italy and I wouldn't think of booking a villa without them. It's just too big an investment of time and money to take a chance.

The Villa was exactly as promised by Parker Villa. Margie Nelson was very helpful with not only the Villa, but also helping us make our entire trip very pleasurable.
