I made a mistake when ordering my iphone cases, Parkfield were so quick to respond and changed them for me, always just so nice which makes online ordering so much nicer for buyers. Thanks girls a great quick result and no. 1 for ordering on line, keep it up.

WoW! 5-15 day delivery time - What a Joke
Wow! 5 - 15 days for delivery.
24 Hours for Customer Service to respond to Queries.
What would help is if you disclosed this in a more prominent area of your website instead of hiding it in small print in the back area of your FAQ page.
It would be quicker for me to hire a boat and row to China to pick up my order.
Clearly this is a Dropship business - Buyer Beware

Regarding the shipping timeframes stated on our website.
These can be found on every product page, our shipping & handling page and the order confirmation email you receive after placing an order.
We have to provide a broad timeframe to account for the odd occasion where packages take longer to arrive than usual. 95% of orders arrive within 5-8 days. We've checked the tracking for your order and it was delivered the day after you left your review (within the 5-8 day timeframe stated above)
I can also see that the one email we have received from you was responded to well within 24 hours.
We have sent you 2 emails to confirm receipt of your order and to check everything is in order but have not had a response.

Delighted with my RFID cover.
I wanted my phone cover quickly so I could take it on holidays to Vietnam. It was supposed to take 5–15 business days and I got it on the 7th business day. Delighted, cos I got to take it and it was brilliant. What a nice cover that kept my credit cards safe. Pretty purple colour too!

Solid case which is great but unfortunately to be able to charge my phone I have to remove it as the charger does not fit otherwise. Love the colour.

Ordered a samsung S21FE phone case and received an IPHONE case instead 😡😡😡 Definitely wouldn't deal with these A holes again @ Then they expect me to pay another $10 fee to send me The CORRECT one .. DISGRACEFUL 🤬

I had to change some item sizes and this was done easily with no hassle. Then our package did not arrive. Melody investigated and found it was lost. She sent another order. Once again with no hassle. Items are as described and if good quality. This is my 3rd order and I will be back for more.
