The Parking lot was well lit and the instructions for payment were easy and clearly visible. The payment itself was way too expensive, as I had to pay $18 to park for 1 hour!

Trying to complete the information on…
Trying to complete the information on the pages was more confusing than similar apps. I could not figure out how to add time on to my current reservation, so I had to start all over at when I was running out of time and make a new reservation.

The cost was $12.99 for 2.5 hours
The cost was $12.99 for 2.5 hours. Then it was $12.99 for two 30 minute additions each. That was a rip off. Hopefully, I never encounter the need to park in your space again.

I did not know the cost of the parking…
I did not know the cost of the parking until after the transaction was complete. Otherwise, I would not have parked in this lot for one hour for $25.00

Overpriced parking
The app is fine but the parking fee was outrageous. Over $25. I’ve been parking in this same lot forever when I go to downtown Decatur. I’m used to paying $10.

Timed out message still charged me.
I received a message saying the purchase timed out after spinning a long time. I moved my car. The next day I found I was charged for the parking.

Price
The only problem I had with y’all it’s a little bit pricey but overall I guess if you’re walking around browsing other shops it’s worth it but for us we were only going out for Mexican food so it wind up being a little pricey

Never checked!
I received a ticket for supposedly not paying. I left an hour before my time expired. Someone apparently never checked to see if I paid before they issued me a citation. Your customer service rep was very rude the next day.
