$19 to park for 1.5h is egregious. Since parking.com has taken over, the price has nearly doubled.

Charged $13 to extend 45 min of a 3 hour parking session that initially cost $15.

Only able to reserve Parking for three hours.. process was long, expensive and had to do it a second time when the three hours were up.

I got charged twice… no one is responding to my calls.

First of all, the fee charged was too high and should have been published for customers to see before deciding to park there. There were a lot of other cheaper parking areas but being my first time I thought this was comparable.

Out of state, first time using, easy to use wish we had this in CT. Love the notice when near expiration.

Easy to use. Gave a reminder as time was about to expire.

System Works well but parking lot size is very tight once cars fill slots. Exiting in a large vehicle is definitely tight.

Too expensive to park. I paid $15 for 30 min. Thats ridiculous. Never again

Not too bad until I was double charged when trying to extend my parking session. $15 to park initially for 3 hours and then another $15 to extend for one hour. Inexcusable.

Using this service was frustrating and expensive. The online system would not work. We (and other people in the lot) received multiple error messages. Finally, I downloaded the app. After entering ALL my information, there was yet another error, and I had to enter everything again before finally receiving confirmation that I was good to go. Additionally, the rate was much higher than it should have been.

Expensive and even more so if extension of time required for your parking. However, with QR code process to pay was pretty seamless.

Too expensive, wanted to stay an extra 30 minutes but the charge was too much.

Convenient, but WOW!!! Ridiculously overpriced. $8/hour + a convenience fee on a Sunday!!

The technology was fine, but a car parked illegally behind my spot blocking me in. Thankfully, three young men kindly directed me out of a very tight situation. Having a parking lot without someone overseeing the parking almost turned into a nightmare. I doubt that the police would have helped me get out of a private lot. Had the three young men not been there parking their own car, I would have lost my use of my car and had to spend hundreds of dollars to get myself home and get another use of a vehicle for work, etc. That is, I would have had to abandon my vehicle. Then, you would have towed me and we all would wind up in court. There needs to be someone to call when a car illegally parks and blocks in a car that is parked legally and where the spot was paid for.

Way overpriced! absolutely ridiculous and will avoid their parking areas from here on out. DON’ T TRUST THEM!

so easy to use simple to pay safe to park
