It gives us great options on parking spots and it’s user friendly very easy to use and I love the people that work at the parking garage that I use.

Paid for closed garage and lost my money 💰
I ordered parking online and it took my money and the garage was closed. I lost $50.00.

Parking.com systems (both web and App) have many issues!
Using the QR codes posted in the parking area has been problematic. Have had a series of issues with the various payment methods. At times the system seems to go into an endless loop when trying to process the payment resulting in a failure to record the parking action. On-site attendants say the systems do not work - an offer to charge manually at full price. When accessing the parking system through the QR code posted at the garage the system provides an option to save the payment information - it does not work and requires manual reentry of information each day. Payment by ApplePay does not work - must use a credit card. Multiple inquiries for monthly parking pricing and sign-up have been ignored. The system for monthly inquiries requires a user be set-up but the system has no provision "add" a user. No response to multiple emails sent via "Contact Us".

Garage closed well before posted hours, was unable to use the spot.
When we arrived the garage was not open. There was no way to get ahold of anyone or cancel our reservation. We have an inquiry pending with Parking.com. No response yet, we ended up paying double to park at the hotel which is what we were trying to avoid. This was more of a hassle than a help.
