Parking was easy enough with instructions posted. Got to my assignment on time because of this

I took a day trip to D.C. on April 10th. I parked my car here and paid for having my car in there until 8:20pm. Little did we know, the garage closed at 7pm. This was not shown anywhere when I was paying for parking. Rather, we later saw it in tiny letters on the sign barely visible. The website itself actually stated it was opened until 11:59pm. So I ended up having to pay an additional $25 fee to get into the garage (after waiting 15 minutes for someone). Ridiculous to not have your website updated too, if it closes at 7pm I shouldn't be able to pay to park there past that.

QR Code scanning for daily parking has improved. Reminders on ending sessions helpful to keep track of time and exit garage in a timely manner.

Easy Parking

Even though I followed all the procedure I returned to my parking place to find a violation ticket on my car. I sent pictures of the confirmation, a time reminder text and text from my bank showing the parking charge. The company reversed their decision on my violation . I appreciate their quick response but it was a hassle to go through a process I should have had to deal with.

New parking garage , easy to park , but no price for hour you stay , the online payment is complicated and no WiFi on the building .

Not very clear thstni had already paid when adding time.

Very clean, well lighted parking floors. Easy to manage payment app.

I appreciated the ease of finding the information needed to pay for my parking, being able to pay online, and the reminders about my time so I didn't go over or given the option to extend.

Taller than most garages in DC and close to the venue where I went to see a show, unfortunately only open until 7pm. For a fully automated garage, it should be open much later.

The app was easy to use. The garage was conveniently located near my destination. The cost was a bit expensive.

Easy to park. Well lighted and very clean parking garage with great sized parking spots. Will park here over any other garage.

Parking is ok. Paying not the best. App will not work 50% of the time making payment difficult.

It was a very nice facility, very clean and well lit. The payment process was pretty easy. I did have a bit of an issue with them over the payment but was able to work it out after a couple of emails back and forth.
