Time-consuming to use
As a guest in the city I was in I had no good reason to create an account so the process to park for a guest was time-consuming. I was in a hurry and really didn't have the time to enter all the info required.

Completely digital on my phone. Honestly the best parking experience I've ever had at a pay location. Price was insanely good too.
In the past I've forgotten my cards, lost the ticket, both before paying for it and after, had the machine keep my card! This way?
10 seconds and I'm paid and don't have to worry about it.

I paid for parking and still received a citation.
I paid for parking and still received a citation of $40.00 stating I had not paid. When I tried to dispute the claim it didn't recognize my receipt ID and it wouldn't then allow me to upload a copy of my receipt. It looks like I will be stuck paying the additional $40.00 for parking. I won't park there again and will not recommend others to do so either.

The price listed is not what was charged. You included a $.99 "fee", so the price of parking was an extra dollar. Bate and switch.
