The app is quite confusing. I couldn’t tell if I’d successfully paid for parking and was even more confused about how to extend it.

I am often double charged when i use the ap on my phone to pay.

The app is slow and does not save prior information, a feature other parking apps have. Therefore I have re-enter information each time in a garage with spotty connectivity.

They have sign that says 12/7 parking
I parked walk out of the garage and they had another sign saying that Sunday closed 5pm
I paid 10.50 for 30 min and I have to find another parking garage. What kind of 12/7 service is that? I was very upset. Not for the money but the whole thing make me late to my appointment

I received a parking ticket, which was voided, after I showed proof that parking was paid. Shouldn’t have had to go through that.

I could not select more than one hour and 45 minutes. No reason why I couldn’t pay for more time.

To pay was simple but to return to car if after business hours can be confusing

The sign at the entrance stated weekend whole day for $10, but the website asked for how many hours and minutes we needed to park, and it did not allow the selection of 2 hours when the parking facility was closing in 1 hour 58 minutes. The closest option was 1 hour 45 minutes. I had to take the car out ahead of the posted time, which was very annoying. Also, the parking spaces were very narrow, hard for SUV to turn around.

This makes more work on me. Only positive note is that I was a previous user. Therefore the APP was on my phone already with my information stored. Otherwise its very inconvenient if you're starting from scratch. I also don't like not having anyone to interact with in an parking garage. I don't feel safe at all. It worked well for me only because I had it stored.

Took me 10m to figure out how to pay you. Website too complex.

Space is so small. I struggled to take my sedan out. If someone comes from opposite direction, there is no way to reverse the car. Worst parking garage in DC.

Many spots available, big enough for Dodge Durango, easy to park, price ok.

Ease of use. Self check in like capability

The garage is nice and safe overall, if you are handicapped are have a handicapped accessible person with you DO NOT use this garage. There is no elevator in and out for you to use and you will pushing the wheelchair or their powerchair up an incredibly steep set of ramps out and back down into the facility (unless you want to leave your child unattended outside on the street). THIS IS THE SAME RAMP THE CARS FLY UP AND DOWN WITH LITTLE VISION SO IT WAS DEADLY. I had already paid my large amount of money to park and could not believe that there was not one (kind of think it is illegal), so was not just going to lose my money and go find another at this point and we made do.

For elderly this is confusing and takes more time than just paying the fee. For elderly who have trouble with the internet or have no cell phone (Yes there are still people without cell phones) there is no clear way to get out once you realize you need a cell phone just to park.

The location was perfect for us & the process was easy!

App never works for payment and web page never works for payment. I have had to start parking at another garage across from my office building since I cannot pay for parking with your app and web page. It has been like this for the past 2 years...

The garage door was shut and locked by the time I got back into my car. I arrived to my car BEFORE my expired time. I sat at the closed garage gate for quite awhile, unable to figure out how to leave. It wasn’t until someone on a bike who was leaving the garage, pushed a hidden button for the gate to open. It was so ridiculous to be trapped in a parking garage with no instructions on how to leave. There was no posted phone number to call for help. No one working in the garage. Idiotic system!

Great lighting for nighttime parking. Facility could be a bit cleaner.
