What i liked about this pay parking lot was the reminder of when your time was going to end and if you would want to add more time without going back to the pay station!

Super inconvenient way to pay for parking. Having to enter all of your information and credit card. Incorporate Apple Pay. When it’s 10 deg outside I don’t want to be punching information to park a car for one hour.

Way too much money…$8 for a parking…
Way too much money…$8 for a parking spot even for just 1 hour. So dumb. Went with another company for the rest of our trip. Parking.com is garbage.

Overlooked application options
There needs to be an option to end your parking session when you leave your location before time ends. It's frustrating when you move to a new location & your time on the previous meter hasn't ended & you can't start a new session until the previous runs out. An option to have a parking account so that you can have a desired amount of funds in your "parking wallet" so your account can be charged until your wallet is empty, instead of your card each time you park in a different location.

Paid for 4 hours parking
Paid for 4 hours parking. As soon as my payment went through I was promptly told my time was up and to leave within one minute of purchase.

App didn’t give us our parking time
We scanned the parking lot QR code and requested 5 hours of parking. I gave my cc info and it charged me $10.35. Then I immediately got a text message that our parking time was coming to an end. My email confirmation which I received at 5:58 pm said we had to exit by 5:56 pm!?!?! It was pouring rain and we weren’t about to find a different spot so thank goodness we didn’t have a ticket or towed vehicle when we got back.

Girls Lunch
It was a pain to have to download a app, that I will probably only use twice a year. I honestly prefer the old way of adding quarters to a machine.
