Parking lot was close to our intended stop. It was easy to park and pay via phone.

The process for paying for a parking spot is way more time consuming and more expensive than other parking meters in downtown Colorado.

Difficult to connect with them, I tried using the phone number provided but it continued to fail.

I paid for 3 hours, got my receipt, but the meter kept flashing red and did not have time left posted. I’m glad meter was not checked by authorities or I would have a ticket and would have had to waste time proving my case.

You were almost 3 times the price for parking, compared to spots just around the corner. I wish I would have looked at the prices before choosing your spot because I had other options.

This app would be better if you could add more than one vehicle to park at a time. I wanted to pay for my sisters parking, but we had to go back into the app from the beginning to add her vehicle, which as a little inconvenient. If there was a way, it was unclear. Other than that it was quick, notification were timely, and the process was simple.

You asked me to review your stupid app several times. It’s a parking app, it’s fine, leave me alone, I didn’t ask for this.

The meter said the transaction was not complete. My credit card was charged from the website but I could not use the barcode from the receipt. I ended up paying over double the cost shown on the website and I still lost the money from the reservation online.

$8 for parking when I can park in the street for $1.50 on a weekend is pretty excessive. I will be sure to avoid this parking lot in the future.

Very happy with this long term parking. Very convenient and close to DIA. Shuttle drivers are helpful and friendly. Prices very competitive.

Pretty cool system for a pay to park! It was a tiny bit annoying having to walk to the opposite corner of the lot to scan QR code just to walk back to my spot for completion of process. Unsure how this specific lot is monitored for safety and or compliance as I don’t recall seeing anything explaining the presence of either and I KNOW for a fact that a couple using the same lot did not pay for the service. Outside of those minor annoyances I will definitely be back to use this specific lot in the future!

I spent 20 minutes trying to get the site to work with no luck. Your site was stuck.
I kept hitting checkout and nothing happened. I had to ask a friend who was at their home to buy the spot for me.
They had to download the app before it could work which was something I was unable to do at you site. You either need to have a WiFi hotspot available or a booth we can pay at. I was not the only person having issues. I know several people who left because they couldn’t get the site to work and several others who had difficulty.

Website was not user friendly when trying to pay for parking.

Stood in the parking lot for 10 minutes with other customers- neither the scan or the text would complete our efforts at complete payment.

+ I liked the text reminder for when our time was almost over.
