Parking.com - 1456 Champa Avis 185

The process was quick and easy.

I reserved a space for 1448 Champa, but could not use it as I couldn't even find the lot/garage. The only lot I could find was for the address 1456 Champa nicely marked had an S&P parking sign with 1456 on it but not 1448. This lot was not the correct address but should be next to 1448, but no! There was an apartment/condo building that had a keypad/bay door for "resident parking and then another entrance for dropoff/pickup that went nowhere else. Then the next block started...
So I wasted $18.99 for not getting to park, 20 minutes looking for the lot I reserved, and my peace of mind that this website would actually help anyone park. Don't purchase unless you can get on property first and hopefully will list the matching address not a different one. This should not be so difficult and better marked. Terrible experience 0/10

I reserved a parking spot in advance and when I arrived all the spots were taken.

I paid for parking in advance when I would be in Denver for a show. I have used this particular parking lot a few times before and have always reserved and paid in advance. There were no spots open when I arrived for my event. I have requested a refund of my $18 and have not received a response however I did receive this survey.

I thought I was paying for 2 hours and got charged for 2 days

Conveniently located and very reasonably priced for downtown Denver.

Parked on street after Dino Ridge for a lunch & to take in all around us....YOU destroyed our awesome visit from South Florida with a $50 parking ticket! Signage needs to be larger, closer and more specific for visitors! I NEVER would have parked w/o paying, if your had better signage! You got your "revenue! You really should respect and appreciate visitors to your awesome city, not try to chase us away! I will do a WARNING POST for all visiting Morrison. There are better way to spend my hard earned vacation money! I also cannot waste anymore time "searching" for the "MORRISON" location in your long, disorganized list to pis!!! GET A CLUE, FOLKS!!!

Location is great but too expensive, especially when I was there for only one hour!

Liked the convience of the reservation. Didn’t like the tight parking.

Very tight in this lot. Parking was good though. I liked the reminder that my time was coming up. Unfortunately there was a homeless person defecating in the lot as we were leaving. A little unsightly and shocking :/

The parking lot is filthy and the Parking.com signs look fake. It’s uncomfortable.

I was charged twice when it said maximum charge per day of $18.99.

Very close and convenient to the DCPA but the spaces were tight. Also kinda seemed like an alley.

Very good parking experience!! It was close by my job and the prices to park here were better than the competition!! Plus, to pay for parking was very easy and clear!

The parking location was great for the 16th Street Mall. It was a little tight with a long van occupying a space and more. The parking surface needs a little work.

Parking spaces were appropriately sized and not all jammed up! Getting in and out of the lot was clear and easy. Understanding the paying expectation was clearly posted and did not require the running back and forth from kiosk to car.

I accidentally mistyped one digit of my license plate into the app, but their cameras saw my actual plate and issued a fine. When I showed them the receipt, they saw my mistake and dismissed the fine. That was very understanding. The parking location wasn't the safest, but it was convenient.
