Price for parking increased. I got more hours for the increase but that was for time I did not need. I would prefer to only pay for the time I need. I will not look else where to park that may be the same price without the service fee.

I was overcharged! $36 is ridiculous for 3 hours.

Made parking transaction easy. The business meeting I attended ran much longer than expected. I was a little panicked, until I looked at my phone and saw a friendly heads up in a text message from the app with an easy click to add more time. Only reason I didn't give a perfect score was the lot size and space. I drive a full size vehicle and was just a tad snug. But that's a bit typical everywhere. Otherwise, I highly recommend.

The location is so close to the Ohio Theatre and I felt very safe parking in your parking lot. It was very convenient to login as a guest through the QR code posted……. and then quickly make the payment for the designated parking time!

Terrible company. Even collection companies are aware of how deceptive they are about trying to get extra fees out of anyone they can. All I had to do was say the company name and the collections agent said they would take remove the notice from my name.

A lot easier this time. Process Still seems a little more complicated than it should be. Witnessed a number of folks struggling.

I park every week day and the price (15.99) is steep for me

Even with construction going on, the facility was easy to get to, very fast entering and leaving, and super close to the Palace.

The price to park here for 1 hour has significantly increased. With everything increasing around us I understand that the economy isn't doing so well. If the price had increased maybe $1 or $2 I can understand that. However, it doubled in price. I used to park at this lot for maybe $6-$8 for one hour. On this visit it was $16! That's absurd!!! There are still so many people who regularly park downtown Mon-Fri because of work. While I understand that I could have choose to park some where else this was not an option that day. I was on a limited schedule and the restaurant was right across the street. I will not recommend this to anyone for the price increase alone.

Easy to follow instructions. You select the time you are there. Got proper notifications. If you are unsure of event-time end, best to select at least 30 mins after event. No additional charges, then.

It didn't say that there was a $1 fee in addition to the regular cost to park there on any signage, just at checkout

To begin, I had paid for three hours, and the company only gave me two. When I called Customer Service to see if they could correct this, they could not. I then asked if I could buy extra time over the phone since they already had all my contact information and again, they could not help me. Very frustrating. Had to leave my meeting, walk all the way back out to my car and purchase an additional parking pass for an additional $13. So much time, money and energy wasted, very frustrating, will not park in that lot again.
