Came to the capital from out in the country. Kinda hard to figure out the site and having to download the app for one day is a nuisance.

Supposed to be $5 on weekends. No paper in the machine so I had to use app and paid $9.95. Something doesn't add up.

Sign out front says five dollars I was charged $8.99. Horrible I even called and asked for a refund and was promised one and have never gotten it. Poor service lousy parking lot

Not everyone has an Iphone
Not everyone has an Iphone. If it hadn't been for my granddaughter having one with her, I'd have had to drive all over to find a lot with a live attendant or a working parking meter.
