I was not able to understand the representative. She had a strong accent. I am hearing impaired and it was VERY difficult. The representative was, at times, speaking at the same time as the automat... Voir plus

I could not get the machine to take my card. I reached out button, and the guy sent me a link to pay. I was only there a couple of hours, which i should have only been 7 dollar payment. The link sent charged me 24 dollars.

The automated system took 4 minutes at the gate (with people behind me) to exit. The system hung up on me, did nothing when I entered the code etc.
It finally took, but a physical ticket would have eliminated the entire issue.

The scanner did not read our ticket. We were told to go to the exit for further instructions.Once at the gate we were held up by the cars ahead of us who were going through the same procedure. Getting to the gate the customer service person was speaking while the recording kept repeating to scan your ticket. Once we received the link to pay, we had to pay an additional.50 service fee for using it. Bad system and seems like a scam go anther .50.

We could not get our ticket validated anywhere so we had to try to get help over the ticket machine. Finally got a payment texted to open the gate. The cost was over $6 per hour. No where were rates listed. Very frustrating. Took 30 minutes to get out of the lot!!!

Trying to speak to someone on the speaker phone in another country was not good,difficult to hear and understand the person. Cars are backing us behind us trying to exit. Finally the attendant sent a link to my phone to pay later. $18.50 for 3 hrs parking, much too expensive for downtown decatur, Georgia. Will never use again 😒 😕 🙄

When I asked her to repeat her statement, it was at the same time again as the automated voice.

Parking is GROSSLY overpriced, and with no signage or even a note in the link about the costs until you are at the point of payment. Not to mention a weblink that was wonky and "scrolly" I will NOT use these spaces or your connection again.

The rate per hour was entirely too high! Over 15.00/hr for a parking space? That's ludicrous!!! The site and the app are difficult to use.
My family waited over 40 minutes in 100+ degree weather to park in 2 spots that were empty all that time. We are from out of state and did not know this system was available and had to reserve a spot. We finally are able to get spots, our kids had already done their shopping in that time and are ready to go by the time we parked and went to two stores!!
I was in your lot for one and a half hours and you charged me $24.35. That is way beyond reasonable. I will not be using this lot or any other lot with your sign on it. Be honest with your fees and post them.

$15 for one hour is outrageous. Plus, the process is not smooth -- to many steps. I'm looking for alternative options.
