System was down today
System was down today, but was greeted, and he was very personable and helpful. After 2 years, many operations are trying to get back on track!

No space was available when I drove to…
No space was available when I drove to the lot. Was turned away and ended up paying twice. I have tried this service twice and you have failed to deliver both times. Never using you again.

Use another parking app
First, the website allowed us to reserve a spot last Sunday in a garage that, as it turns out, was closed on Sundays. So there we were thinking we had a place to park in San Francisco, and, therefore, didn’t leave sufficient time to find a parking space. Then, when I called to get a refund, the csr didn’t have the authority to issue a refund and promised my request would be reviewed and I’d hear from them within 24 hours. That was a lie too. I’m still waiting to hear from them.

Website promoted and booked a parking garage that isn't even open at the time I booked for.
Customer service was at least able to issue a refund. Hence 2 stars.
However the form letter acted as though this was my fault. Why are you advertising a service that doesn't fit the reservation?

Bad customer service
I didn’t get the chance to park the street was closed and the garage was inaccessible. They should of informed customers ahead of time this was bad customer service.

Terrible. I reserved a spot for a parking lot that was closed. The website identified other lots that were closed, but not this one. Accepted my money. No one answered the phone, and I immediately notified via email of my experience requesting a refund. I never heard from them. I will never use them again.
