Pricey but it's downtown. I paid $5.99 for about 10 minutes of parking. The lot was an open lot. So that was ridiculous. There's nothing that have the rates. I didn't know until I logged into the site. I'm pretty sure it would've gone up if I had to stay.

What made my experience great was the fact how convenient it was to find parking space for a affordable price. And the company is doing a excellent job by providing such a spacious parking lot for individuals who are in need of parking. This way it Keeps all vehicles together and people can feel safe while they are away from there cars

It was easy to scan the QR Code and enter information and then you are on your way. Did not have to deal with keeping up with a ticket because it was on your phone.

This was my first time using this type of system. It was very efficient, although not as quick as using coins.

It was easy to pay

The prices keep increasing, yet there have been no improvements to the parking lots. The lots are full of potholes and garbage. The striping is so faded that you cannot even determine where the parking spots are.

The attendant was very helpful in assisting me to download the information needed to log in.

The app is difficult to navigate. Instead of hours, it charged me in days.

Overly complicated, took far too long to get going, and a $1 service fee on a $4 spot is ridiculous. Way too greedy.

Very quick and easy using the app. Plenty of parking options City wide.

At this lot there is zero information on how to pay. It’s like they want you to get a ticket. It took nearly 20 minutes to download an app which wasn’t user friendly to navigate just a horrible experience.

It was not clear when I made the reservation - I paid the $4 "DAILY" rate but came back to a $23 dollar ticket. I was not prompted to extend the hours and now I am afraid to park there because no one has responded to my request to explain and dispute the ticket in several days.

The app and the website are terrible. Also I have emailed your staff 5 times and they refuse to respond. I have called and left messages and no one returns my calls.

I paid for the parking spot with my debit card. The receipt was emailed to me. When I went back to my car, I had a parking violation places underneath my left windshield wiper. The instructions listed on the sign are inaccurate.a fellow employee had to show me how to pay the fee that morning, but to no avail.
