Receipt for the parking and not able to find a good contact to call someone
When I paid for the parking I never got the receipt. When I tried finding a phone number no number. I did find a contact us which I needed to pick a categories but what I needed was not a correct category so I just picked one. I got an email that someone would contact me shortly but that never happened. The following day I sent an email back and I got another email that someone would contact me. I still never heard anything until I looked up a number for someone in Denver who could help me.

Sign said daily max was $20 but my card was charged $40. I wasn’t able to get ahold of anyone to explain the price. Not OK!

The option to use the app is non-existent....
The option to use the app to pay is non existent, therefore reserving a spot for more than one day has made it very inconvenient.

I came in from out of town and stay in…
I came in from out of town and stay in at the Holiday Inn close to this lot. Best prices in this area for parking. Hotel parking was 3x the price. Super close to the Hotel and nothing happened to my rental. I recommend. When traveling , watching all expenses is a must.

Conveniently Inconvenient
Parking was close to my hotel and much less expensive than their valet only option. I was a little concerned about there not being an attendant at the lot but it’s understandable. Using my phone to pay and receive notifications was super simple. Denver got a big snow storm during my visit. No attempt was made to clear the lot after almost 8” of accumulation in and around the lot. Would have been 5 stars were it not for that.
