Bad Experience
They tried to turn me away because they said they were full even though I showed them the pre-paid reservation. Then they said the vehicle was too big and had me leave it on the ramp so I had to leave my keys with them. They informed me that I had to retrieve my vehicle by 5:00 - even though my reservation was until 7:00. About an hour after I left it with them I got notified that the alarm was set off on the vehicle.

I couldn't use the reservation I made…
Edit May 20th: after having the parking experience described below, the customer support in order to solve this issue was just very good. Prompt answers and adequate help, acknowledging something went wrong and solving it. Tops!
I couldn't use the reservation I made because there was no code available for scanning. I didn't bring my printer from the Netherlands so the alternative of printing the confirmation didn't work either. So we had to buy a second ticket from the counter. Not a very good experience 😕

Got to the parking garage and said no…
Got to the parking garage and said no reservation is found. Called customer service and nothing can be done. Got refunded but worst experience! Not reliable at all.
