So so so expensive. 30 bucks for 2 hrs! $7 by the space needle. Had we not been on a time crunch we would have drove to a different lot. Wasn't that clean, random Styrofoam in some of the spots. Works... Voir plus

Too much rigamarole just to pay for a couple hours of parking. Took me 10 times as ling with the app as it usually takes with cash.

I received a parking ticket despite having paid the parking fee online. I sent an email regarding this issue but haven't received any response yet.

Why would you charge an arm and a leg when there is public parking available near by. It just people like me from out of town fall for it.

Put back a kiosk/machine to be able to…
Put back a kiosk/machine to be able to pay like we've always been able to instead of having to log into and sift through yet another forsaken app and have to enter personal info when all we're trying to do is park our car. Parking is already gawdawful -- congratulations on making it even worse.

Ridiculously expensive. Easy enough to pay, and pay some more when my sister could not move fast due to recent surgery. But your rates are awful!

I spent 50.00 for 2 1/2 hours
I spent 50.00 for 2 1/2 hours. All because I had to add an hour to my time. You guys are a rip off. Especially since a full day was only 36.00.

I was on the phone while waiting for…
As my appointment got delayed I wanted to add time asi I got on the phone with your person while waiting for the dentist appointment, and then the dentist was waiting for me as well to try to finish call to add time.
Sadly there was no way I or he could add time to my parking
Super disappointing, and the person barely spoke English on top of it.

The app directed me to the best priced parking spot closest to where I wanted to be.
Let's put it in dollars and cents. The day before I found Parking.com I paid almost $80 for an afternoon parking spot in Seattle. The next day I paid $8 for a parking space one block from Pike Place Market.
I wish I had found this website 1 day sooner.

Dumb system
Dumb system. I'd rather roll up a $5 and shove it in a box like the old days. Takes too long, meanwhile i'm smelling bum p*ss and concerned that I might get knifed.
