The service was terrible
The service was terrible, I would never use it. In my reservation they gave me two addresses, I went both ways and there was nowhere to park, I called customer service and they never answered. Of course no refund

The app never works
The app never works. I have a hard time pulling up the pass to scan in and out.
When I search the location I need to find parking it doesn't go to that area but to some foreign area. Very annoying

It works. Better than paying drive up prices which are pretty high.

I had a problem being able to enter the…
I had a problem being able to enter the parking lot on my first stay. I bought it through the application in advance and when I got to the code reader it didn't recognize them. I tried several times and it continued like this. I backed out of the parking lot and bought it again from the street. and the same thing happened to me again, I entered and the QR code was not recognized.
What happened to me is that I had to buy it a third time for the same date only this time I did it with the ticket that you pick up in the same parking lot and it cost me double the value but in reality I paid it three times for the same date to The experience was not good for me.

Nice secure lot
Nice secure lot. Always clean and bright. I would not park anywhere else, and it helps that I work in the building and feel safe.
