So expensive for parking especially…
So expensive for parking especially considering there are only 3 business open so far! Additionally, you should tell people they can add more time if they are close to running out. I overpaid for 2 hours.

3 day trial not equal to 72 hours
I bought the 3 day trial believing it was truly three days - 72 hours. When I went to cancel ~70 hours later, I was informed that I would be billed for one week. Other than this, the experience was positive.

NOT a fan of this system
It was extremely annoying and unnecessarily difficult to use the system. When I entered the garage, the system did not work properly and I had to call the number on the sign. When I attempted to leave the garage, the system also did not work as it should. If the goal was to save time, it did not do so.

I wasn't familiar with the check in & out process. There was no live-person to speak with. It was very frustrating trying to determine how to enter the garage.
