Affordable and within walking distance to many attractions. Staff was fast in retrieving my vehicle.

I was unable to find the entrance on…
I was unable to find the entrance on 46th and park using the viaduct so I had to park elsewhere which was unfortunate since I had paid in advance

Very bad experience
The address of the building is incorrect we couldnt find the entrance of the parking and lost the money.

parking lot closed
Parking lot was surrounded by construction and no entrance was available. Notice should have been placed on site and reservations should be closed.

We parked at 200 Park Ave 7/27/24.After…
We parked at 200 Park Ave 7/27/24.After a long wait for our car when the garage wasn’t busy and other people had come after us and gotten their car right in front of the waiting area.Our car however was parked at the end near the wall.When we got home we were shocked to see a large dent on the side of the car which was parked along the wall.After many calls going up the chain of command (none returned) we were told that the garage was not responsible because we left without reporting the dent.You couldn’t pay me to park there again.

Staff was very friendly
Staff was very friendly, no hidden costs, very very convenient as we were staying at the hotel next door, will use their service again!!

The manager was rude when dropping off the vehicle
I didn't like that we couldn't get the vehicle as needed. If we have paid for the week you shouldn't be required to leave the vehicle there while you are out of town.

Price was great
