I had no issues -only that the parking spaces are too narrow and super difficult for any size person to get out of their vehicle with out sucking in their gut. This is why I gave 4 stars.

It didn't work
It didn't work. I did everything based on the on instructions and got charged $104.00. Plus my parking.com fee. Very very upsetting. You need a call number

When exiting the garage the bar code…
When exiting the garage the bar code did not scan and I had to call by the box and provide all my information before I could exit the garage.

There were bugs on the app that we couldn’t get the ticket. So that was not ideal. Make sure you have your order number and call customer service. Try to call ahead of time before leaving. You may or may not get a hold of them right away depending how busy the lines are. I recommend booking an extra hour from expected leave time. Thankfully their customer service was helpful and assured that I was ok (no charges).

The garage was very convenient
The garage was very convenient. Loved being able to paid upfront for our complete stay. The garage felt very safe. We would plan to stay again

Unscannable/alley entrance
QR code wouldn’t scan at the gate and no one answered the call box. I was waiting in a tight alley (never mentioned alley entrance when I booked) and finally had to back out. Went to another garage and never got $$ back from this one.

Never again
We parked 2 cars and instead of the $25 each, I ended up payin $100 extra to get my car out because the parking did not reconfinez my we code. Never again
