Me and a friend take turns paying there. Pay to park no receipts come out but still get tickets but call the number on the ticket they say they can confirmed it was paid .

Over priced
The app won’t let you pay without scanning QR code and the price of parking is ridiculous! Asphalt is falling apart ruff conditions for cars to park for $12.60 for any given amount of time.

It is a hassle trying to find parking…
It is a hassle trying to find parking near the shipyards in the mornings. It's even more of a hassle if the kiosk, text number, or app does not work. Specifically on the corner of 49th and Washington Street. I've tried multiple times leaving a note on my dashboard to inform whoever it is putting tickets on people's cars that nothing is working to pay for parking. But to no avail. I've gotten 4 tickets because nothing works at this particular location. When you call the number on the ticket, a nice lady would tell me that the kiosk are becoming obsolete. Yet, they still have not done anything about replacing them. Every other parking kiosk works, except for that one. Something needs to be done because this is DEFINITELY getting old! And fast! SMH!

Threaten to tow my car and put a $30+ ticket on my car saying I hadn't pay several times a few weeks back.(around 8/9/2022.. I was paying on line and have proof of it.. I started paying on the spot but the machine doesn't work sometimes or give out receipts.. my license plate number USANVA.
