Friday morning the parking machines were down. I called them and was given confusing instructions. Every time I go to the website, my iPhone freezes. The young man at J Christophers was more helpful than the person I spoke to on the phone

it was a bit more complicated than it appears and time consuming. we parked in lots in downtown Decatur, GA twice in one night. there should be a way to parlay the information already entered. i imagine i can join some type of way but it was a bit disconcerting.

so incredibly expensive and the website is subpar. $16 to park for 2 hours is simply outrageous

What a crock!!!!already parked and find out it’s $12.99 to park on a Saturday am.
Our other car was charged 18.99 for just over an hour. Never going back!!!!

I was charged twice, $25 each time, for a 3 hour parking time. I attempted to get in contact with the company to not avail. This is HORRIBLE!

Great parking. Too expensive

It's very simple to operate - text a number and get a link. However, you cannot save your payment information. Every time I go to the same place - literally within a day - I have to enter all of my credit card info again even though it always gives you the option of saving it. I think it's good for security purposes but don't offer the service if you can't deliver it.

Had a hard time figuring out the system. Also only allowed for 3 hr. and we needed more.

The sign outside of the lot said $6, I even asked the attendant to confirm and was told $6 for 3 hours, but I was charged $10.80 for the time I was parked. I didn't dispute it because I was in a hurry. Once I was parked the attendant WHO I JUST TALKED TO put a violation ticket on my car for $20 two minutes after I paid and recieved confirmation.

On a positive note, the lot is large and in a decent location in downtown Decatur. Another positive is I put in a dispute for the $20 violation and it was promptly voided which is why I am giving this a 2 star rating (I would give 2.5 but it doesn't seem possible). Normally I don't complain but putting a violation ticket on my car not only after I paid but after I spoke to you directly is just egregious. It made me feel like they do this to every car just to try to collect from anyone not willing to fight it. Again, I do appreciate the company being so quick to void the violation but its annoying nonetheless.
