As I was leaving the garage the security agent told me I'd need to buzz the door to get back in. That made me feel more secure parking in this space.
At 333 n green street I am able to make my online purchase, but every time I am forced to use your app I am able to enter the structure but when leaving, the app won’t allow the gate to raise forcing... Voir plus
While scanning QR code at machine it kept prompting me to call attendant. I would and they were no help, brighter screen and enlarge is all they kept telling me which didn’t seem to be the issue since... Voir plus

The lot is fine. The app lost functionality.
The parking location is fine. The Parking.con app has some broken functionality that should be addressed. Adding a parking pass to wallet is now DOA

Let the buyer beware!
They can improve by letting the buyer beware that when you pay in advance for 4 days to park a vehicle, you have to leave your vehicle there the entire time. If you take your vehicle out during that 4 days you paid for, it ends. Not what the website indicated. I believe they call that fraud. Nasty people when we talked to them on the intercom when our pass would not get us back in after just one day.

Many lot choices
Many lot choices. Good price. But parking passes disappeared quickly once emails were closed. I was lucky because of printouts.

Just started. Had a slight but annoying problem first time. Called customer service….and BOOM…taken care of on less than 5 minutes. Sooo helpful. Custodies life.
