Very reasonable and was very close to our hotel, not to mention I over slept and pay 30 mins late over my time I paid for and wasn’t booted or charged extra Thank you!!!☺️

Credit card machine at exit not working. Takes 5 minutes speaking with attendant to receive text and pay later option.
I’ve parked in lot twice. Each time had issues exiting.
I park there only because I prefer lots to garages and that is first one I see near destination.

Checking out is a mess
Checking out is a mess. This is the 2ndI had to call to get help getting out. 1st time I was using my visa, 2nd time I was using my mastercard and both times wasted precious minute to pickup my kid on time. Nonetheless, still had to pay. When u r the one messing out. Get it together

Ended up paying twice, still did not refund
The system did not recognize me and I had to pay on exit. I asked to refund the reservation and it is still not refunded. I ended up paying twice for the same parking.
