Reservation not honored
Made reservation and planned my evening around it. Street parking in my nabe is often non-existent. But garage wouldn’t let me come in, although spaces were plainly visible. Haven’t heard back from parking.com about my complaint. Two mistakes on your part: lack of honored reservation, and no contact with me afterward to address the matter.

The ease of the app made it so simple
The ease of the app made it so simple. Show pass at the gate, get your return ticket and go. Vehicle was quickly returned at pick up as well - very prompt service.

Where is the bar or QR code when I need them?
I received an email promptly with my reservation, but I should have printed out the receipt because there is no bar code or QR code available with Parking.com and the order number did not register when entered at the parking lot. It all worked out in the end. The attendants were very helpful and made every effort to make it easier for me to make it work but it shouId not be up to them. The local staff did all they could. I will look for another site next time.

I pre-paid $10 to reserve a spot for…
I pre-paid $10 to reserve a spot for the day. When I showed up, the attendant could not find my reservation. I was in a time crunch so ended up paying another $14 to park. Now I'm trying to figure out who to call to get my $14 back.

I made a reservation and prepaid but when I got there the attendant said they were full and wouldn’t let me in. What is the point of taking reservations if you won’t honor them?
As Jerry Seinfeld says, “ you know how to take the reservation, you just don't know how to hold the reservation and that's really the most important part of the reservation, the holding. Anybody can just take them.”

Got ripped off
I made reservations and paid for them and when I arrived at the parking garage they told me they were full and I was not able to get a refund. Pretty bad service will not use them again ever.

This is great!
App was easy. Reservation confirmed and paid in advance. Great for when you're getting in late and know you won't find street parking.
