When I arrived
When I arrived, there was NO ONE present to check in my car! There was also a line of cars in the lot facing the street, making it IMPOSSIBLE for me to park my car! I could not find another lot, and missed an event that my wife and I really wanted to attend! The least you could do is to refund my payment!!!!!

Geegee was a great help upon our arrival, cheerful, professional and accommodating; likewise Gary provided excellent service upon our departure. Will be happy to use Parking.com in the future!

Couldn't locate the garage
Couldn't locate the garage. Street number didn't seem to exist. Had to pay for a different garage.

Easy parking, confusing payment.

Extremely helpful attendant
The attendant helped us find a space when it looked like there were none. He parked the car for me and helped me negotiate the app. Above and beyond!

No issue with payment
No issue with payment. The problem is this specific location will occasionally have a parking attendant on duty. When this person is there, they will park your car and can double-park.
When I arrived, the attendant was not there so I self-parked. When I returned to my car he was there and upset that I had self-parked. He insisted that I should not have done that as I could have been blocked in.
How on earth would I have known this? There is no signage at the lot to inform you of this.
