Love the app So I don't have to chase down a pay point machine.

Good use of app to pay.
Of course I was nervous about putting credit card info in. But seems to work well.
There was still a box to pay in the lot. However, that box wasn’t working!!
So, this was the only option. Surprised it didn’t ask for my space number.
Only allows increments of even numbered hours to choose from.

Easy to use and convenient

This was my wife and I first use of this service.
Was very happy and impressed with ease of use as well as cost!
Definitely plan on using for future trips!

The price is right, It was easy to get a parking spot online with no hassle and the location is good for the commons and Ohio theater.

The amounts on the sign in the lot is not what I was charged on the app…

I used machine didn’t print out receipt and I was ticketed even though I paid and entered plate number

The lot I used displayed a sign reading $5 all day parking and $3 evening parking. Additionally, only the app can be used to pay. While using the app I was only able to put in a time duration, which did not match what the sign said. Out dinner was taking longer then expected and I wanted to add another hour of time. The app was then going to charge me for a whole day as the only option. Will not be hawing this again.

The unit on site was inoperable. Many space marking numbers were illegible.the app was difficult to download and use especially on a very sunny day. Wasted 10 minutes of our lives...

This was the most complicated parking situation I have ever encountered. My mother-in-law, who is older, had no clue how to navigate this system and some of our friends that we met didn't think it was a pay lot since the machines were off and no sign to say that they weren't being used anymore. This is just horrible. Also, tickets for one number being off in a plate number EVEN THOUGH THEY PAID, is JUST RIDICULOUS...AND $68 tickets for a $6 lot is just over the top. I will never park here again and will be sure to spread the word.

I have paid for parking multiple times at this lot and have continued to receive tickets even when I have paid and I am not past my allotted time.

Horrible experience. Not user friendly. Very frustrating. There are other apps that are much easier and intuitive. Not ready for prime time

The experience was very quick and simple!!!

I paid for 2 hour parking from QR code from lot. Email receipt showed only 1 hour purchase after I distinctly changed it to 2 to make sure I had plenty of time. Of course I got a ticket, 2 minutes after the systems error of only 1 hour purchase. 1. System/application error. 2 a ticket issued only 2 minutes after expiration from the system error and 3 it is 68 for 2 minutes and it was wrong!

Got a ticket even though I paid for parking. No effort to check current valid parking for vehicle (ticket issued to WRONG lot), customer support on phone wouldn't do anything about it, was sent to website, still no resolution. If you see that a lot uses Parking.com, keep driving.

It was easy to park in their lot. The only problem was that the machine that takes money didn't work and it was pouring down rain. On a smaller sign that was hidden from view said to call a number on your phone and do it manually. It took to long and I got soaking wet

The app is awful. It was incredibly frustrating trying to add a payment method, and when I realized I already had an account, it was frozen due to inactivity. Well, I don't use it because it's awful every time
