The attendants on duty during my parking time there were great, & should be commended for their helpful customer service! I WILL park there again when in downtown Washington, DC.

Parking was fine, but attendant was annoyed that I didn't have the order printed out. At no point in the process was it communicated to me that I needed a hard copy.

Early bird special not honored
Garage has an early bird special, got charged full price on checkout plus a service fee, should’ve just got a ticket at the dispenser, what a rip off. Ended up having to pay $24.99 instead of $14 if I just hit the button for a ticket. Update: parking.com issued a refund, hopefully the early bird special not being honored was just a glitch that was corrected. Over all, using parking.com was convenient and worked well. Only thing that I didn’t like was the fact that there was an additional service fee of $0.99. I was in a hurry when I was pulling into the garage so I don’t know if any of the signage mentioned a service fee, and I don’t remember seeing anything about it when I was entering my cc info, though I’m sure it was probably in the terms and conditions that no one ever reads. If I was aware of the service fee ahead of time, I probably wouldn’t mind paying 99 cents for the extra convenience, but I disagree with a service fee. I don’t know hope the industry works but I feel like doing everything through text and website is much more convenient for the parking company, less equipment to maintain, no restocking paper tickets in the machine, etc… Updating stars from 1 to 4.

Terrible communication to parking garage
Terrible. The parking garage I used harassed me for 15 minutes saying they did not know anything about my reservation. This was after I had parked and ready to leave the next day. Be cautious about booking parking spots online and whether or not the parking garage is educated enough to understand the process. Will not do it again.
