app doesnt work for this location. I have to use the QR every time and i always feel like it might be a scam and constantly checking url to make sure the QR is legit. If the app worked it would be so much easier. Also adding a canadian car through the app is pretty much impossible. Parking location is good though

Massive data grab - unfair practice.
The only way to pay for parking is signing up with name, email, phone number and credit card. They also put me on their mailing list without my permission. Ewe.

On the 25th of September you overcharged me ? I called the next day and spoke to an associate at your office. She was terrible. Her customer service was pathetic.

the app was easy to use. the prices were fair the parking lot was clean. there was a person when I used the lot who was helpful if needed.

Wrong charge.
Wrong charge. We came on 5th Sep to PIA Office (Suite 620), and the ticket was scanned by their office for free parking for 2 hours. We went before this time, even then our credit card was wrongly charged for $16 unfairly. Our car # CJTK300, name Abdul Aziz Lakhani.
Would greatly appreciate for refunding this erroneous charge.
