Easy in, Easy out
The instructions were clear and the parking was easy. The location was convenient and the price wasn't terrible. I would use this service again.

Couldn’t find receipt for first…
Couldn’t find receipt for first purchase and had to buy a second one. Couldn’t find lot and had to park elsewhere after a 2 and 1/2 hour drive

I was not able to locate this site
I was not able to locate this site. There was no sign, I do not believe it actually existed. Multiple GPS locators could not find this site. We drove around for a half hour and missed the beginning of our show. Then we found parking for half the price closer. I will be filing for my money refunded

First time using your service
First time using your service. Maybe I missed what your service was. I thought it was a lot not street parking. Once I figured that out I found a spot. Maybe a better explanation would of made my first experience better.

Nothing went wrong
Nothing went wrong; however, the signs made me think I was in the wrong parking lot. It was a fantastic location with easy parking. All I could think was that when I left the show, my car would not be there.

Poor customer service
The time in and out changed on it's own. While sitting in the lot I called customer service. When I tried to explain my situation, the rep repeatedly interrupted me stating the event I was going to did not exist. I had tickets to the event. Again I tried to explain and again was interrupted with her saying the event didn't exist. When I tried to correct the situation I was told I was rude and would be hung up on. Regardless of what event I was going to the rep refused to help with the actual issue I called about

No signage for lot
There was no signage for the parking lot. Unable to find after many attempts. GPS was unable to find once we were within 1 minute from lot. No one answered phone at number provided. Had to find alternate parking at 2x the cost paid. Was not reimbursed for original lot not used in Fenway.

I will use this again next time.
Easy to reserve, find, and the attendant was very pleasant. He even assisted us when crossing the busy street and pointed us in the right direction to head towards our event that evening. Price was what I had expected t pay. Reasonable for location especially on a night with 3 concerts and a Red Sox vs. Yankees double header all happening on the same street. This lot gives you a quick out ahead of traffic leaving.
