The Parking lot was exactly where I needed to be and other than a u-turn (because they have a sign that states no left turn on 5th street) I walked a short distance to my destination. PERFECT!!!

Abusive
I added 1 hour because I thought that it was the time that I probably was going to use the parking, well I was there only 10 minutes, and then I was going; there was no way to let them know that I was going to use less time only to add time. I left, they kept the money, and I didn’t use that space. So, using the service is not accurate

It was easy yet uncomfortable to need to use an app to pay for parking. No one can be hired so people can pay with cash? Seems like apps don't always have the positive effect companies think they do but it was easy to use also the cost is high and I didn't see away to make adjustments to the amount of time I paid for but actually used.

High Rates & No Security
The parking rates charged in Camden, NJ were exorbitant, far in excess of what other parking lots charged. The lot was also unattended, thereby providing no security for the cars parked in the lot.

It was a safe place
It was safe, but there anything I didn’t like is I was charged for more hours and what I parked. There was no way to opt out of it when I got back.

The meter charged me 11.99 for one hour. I ended up rescheduling my dentist appointment because my meter was about to expire.

I paid my parking and got a citation. I tried appealing it and the website wasn't allowing me to submit the appeal without adding my phone number but then wouldn't let me add my phone number.
