Parking lot was clean & well maintained. Parking spaces were a good size to accommodate my truck. Text Pay option was easy to understand and use.
Each time (4X) that I needed chat assistance, someone was there to assist me . They were patient, informative and very tolerant of my lack of technical skills.

Broken machine for paying in lot
Your machine in the lot to allow people to park multiple days is broken. I had to disrupt my conference to check on my car because of this.

pretty simple to use
pretty simple to use. cost was a little too much. i will look around more before i choose that location again. id bet i could find a lot cheaper place to park
