This was a hoax. Access was blocked
This was a hoax.I prepaid parking to be able to get to the Austin marathon. Parking.com missed to inform me there was no access to that parking building. I couldn’t get to the parking spot and yet they took my payment. I had to arrange and pay for ANOTHER parking spot last minute. Blocked parking should not be offered in the site.

I feel like I was scammed out of my…
I feel like I was scammed out of my money. This parking lot isn’t even managed by SP anymore so I didn’t park there out of fear of being towed (and broken into). I even called the provided number and this particular parking lot isn’t even an option to request a connection to. I ended up having to spend more money on another lot.

To tight to return to parking site
We had a very bad experience the night... and got trapped in our parking space. We arrived early to get a spot close to the entrance, and when we decided to leave, there was car Parked to close and no way to exit

Super Easy to pay
Super Easy to pay, no wait time! Everything was scanned and paid within 1 minute!! I also felt much safer being able to scan a code and do it all from my phone.

$20 dollars for parking for 2 hours is a bit ridiculous. When we parked initially there were homeless people sitting around. One in particular was either really high or just out of his mind. Trash and personal belongings were all over the area. When we got back there was a woman using the restroom in the corner of the parking area. It was great getting to expose my kiddos to all of this, wouldn’t have parked here if I could of avoided it.

Well lit up , around corner from where I was going and parking lot was clean and No people loitering to make my wife and I feel uncomfortable.

The cost was way too expensive
The cost was way too expensive. I paid $33 for almost 3 hrs, when I initially was told it only cost $8 to park there. That increase was unexpected.
