App is super easy to use. Pricing isn’t too bad. I only use parking.com and I was able to find parking in both Columbus Ohio and Chicago Illinois close to the buildings I needed and reasonable prices.... Voir plus

It was the first time I had used…
It was the first time I had used Parking.com (it was a private parking lot). The lot had a $3 parking sign up but there was no attendant. I saw a Parking.com sign and used the website to pay. For reasons I cannot recall it was not clear to me that I had paid enough but I decided to risk it.

Confusing...no ticket...directions…
Confusing...no ticket...directions didn't indicate. I rarely go downtown Columbus so I'm not familiar with public parking other than the parking garages. I was very uncomfortable walking away from the lot without a ticket.

Columbus, Ohio is affordable!
We were staying at a nearby hotel and were able to park our vehicle for two days at downtown lot for under $10.00 - easy transaction and no problems.

I sometimes reserve parking even if I don't use it as a matter of need, like my recent use. I reserved the spot because I thought I might need it. As it turned out, I didn't, but it was there if needed thanks to the ease of the app.
