Sign at entrance clearly states (I have a photo to prove it):

Each 20 min (or fraction thereof): $2.00
12 Hour Maximum: $22.00
24 Hour Maximum: $22.00

And yet when I pulled in I was told I had to pay $22 (the full daily maximum) to park there for only 2 hours in early afternoon! I was running late so I parked there anyway, but would have parked elsewhere if the sign didn't display dishonest rates. I was willing to pay $6/hr as the sign advertised; however, $11/hr was exorbitant. Why were the 20-minute increment rates not honored?

I asked the attendant if there was a special event; she said no, just people working. To be fair, the attendants were prompt and polite, so no problem with the service. I just don't like the bait and switch.

Their employee Dante ALLOWED a group of girls to cut in line after a concert. The line was wrapped around and because she tipped him and dropped her ticket at their counter. He took it upon himself to allow this behavior. When confronted by everyone else standing in line, he stuttered and acted dumb. All he had to say was "what! she put her ticket on the desk." They both tried to act like they weren't doing anything wrong. He was sure proud of it when I asked for his name and informed him I would be writing a review and contacting management. Make sure to ask for DANTE, throw him some money and he'll allow you to cut a long line after a concert!

*EVENT PARKING WARNING** 770 L Street, Sacramento. This is valet parking which means after concerts/events, they hold your keys hostage and you have to wait in a line longer than an amusement park line for them to bring your car. Absolutely the most ridiculous, inefficient waste of time. Don't be enticed by the $15 parking fee unless you want to wait over an hour or more to get on the road.

Great experience with attendant. Didn't realize it was a Valet Parking had no cash to tip felt terrible. They were very nice and respectful to the situation.

It was difficult to find the entry which was in an alley--we had to ask another parking company attendant. After that, it was amazing! Full valet parking and they were fast and very respectful.

The garage wasn't opened by 6am so I couldn't get in and use my pre paid pass. 😩

The online experience was easy, however the valet attendants had no idea what my prepaid print out was. They kept asking me how much I paid and had to ask several other attendant before getting what seemed to be the manager who finally told them that my receipt is all that they needed. The manager then went to get my car. This took about another 10 minutes and held up several other people trying to get their cars as well.

Excellent service. Very efficient and helpful staff and very polite. I will use their service again if I require parking in the Sacramento area.
