So the gate was wide open when I pulled in. I saw the sign .....Welcome to the Faromnto Building Pay by Phone, Scan Here...... Everything looked normal. I parked, and stepped out for just a quick visit next door.
I come back… and boom!! the gate is completely shut. Locked. My car is trapped inside, along with all my personal belongings. No warning, no notice...nothing.
And I wasn’t alone. Another gentleman was in the exact same situation. Both of us had paid nearly $30, and neither of us could even access our own vehicles.
We tried calling customer support. When we finally got through the person on call, instead of helping, they blamed us as if this was somehow our fault. Meanwhile, we’re locked out, standing outside for no reason, on Mother’s Day of all days, with people waiting for us elsewhere.
After 45 minutes of back and forth, frustration, and even threatening to call the police, they finally opened the gate remotely something they clearly could have done from the start.
What makes it worse? They literally saw me park and leave, yet still locked the gate right after. I had to beg just to get access to my own car.
Completely unacceptable. Poor management, zero customer care, and an incredibly frustrating experience especially on a day that’s supposed to be meaningful.

Wow! NO signage to say the garage closes at 9pm except for one as you drive in but is nowhere within eyesight of a driver! This seems like complete robbery to me. I was 1 of 5 people at the garage post 9pm trying to get their car out. I feel this lack of information being obvious to someone parking the car, is deliberate and intentional to charge $ to get the car out after 9pm. Will be report to the BBB. This seems like a scam.

The service was easy to use. The best part was receiving a text message to let me know that my time would expire soon. That helped me avoid additional fees.

I believe I was overcharged. Fees are: $5/hour or $15/day. I purchased 1.5 hours and was charged $13. I was only parked 60 minutes and did not go over the 90 minute time. I would like a credit please.

Sign on the 2nd floor offered information on how to pay. I did. When I got downstairs THEN we saw that the garage closed cars in at 7:00 pm (1 hour) after i had paid. That detail should have been disclosed on all signs asking for payment. I had to seek spot elsewhere & lost my $6.00
I was impressed that this company very quickly refunded my payment! Possibly, they could edit their signage. Thanks!

There was no attendant to ask about the parking rates.
I did not see any signs regarding parking rates.
I was charged 13.99 for 3 hours.!!!!!!!
Appreciated the alert about the upcoming end of the 3 hours.
Tried to extend parking by one more hour, but the app only showed the charge of another $13.99.
I quickly scooted out of there.

I appreciate the parking system that was simple and did not involve a smartphone with a charged battery.

Garage was extremely tight, no rates posted, $14 for 90 minutes is outrageous.. decent area for midday parking

I parked in Bethesda, MD. Access to the lot and a space was easy but the price is extortionary - $5.00 for any portion of the first hour plus $0.99 processing fee. I parked for under 15 minutes. There was no street parking and I was in a hurry and I made the incorrect assumption that I was in a Montgomery County public lot which is MUCH cheaper.
I will do my best to avoid this lot in the future unless I win the lottery.

Took long to set up. Not sure why the garage doesn’t use a typical ticketing system.

The ease of paying for parking and competitive rates for the area.

Got a ticket even though I paid for my parking. Now contesting oarking violation. 😡😡😡

I deeply resent having no other choice but to register for your service in order to park my car. How infuriating to have to waste time with passwords and give up my credit card info on the spot to a company I don’t even know. You ruined my birthday lunch.

It took so long to complete the setup and payment for parking that I walked out of the garage toward where I was headed and was never sure the parking reservation was accepted. Luckily it worked and I didn't get a ticket.

The parking fee was only supposed to be a flat rate of $7 for the less than 2 remaining hours the garage would be open - per the signage posted. I parked and paid after 5pm and garage closed at 7pm. The sign said the fee was a flat rate of $7 after 5pm. There was no way to adjust the fee that was charged and I ended up being charged $12.99 plus tax. I will never return to this garage or use this service again if I can avoid it after such a misleading and frustrating (and expensive!) parking experience.
