Spots too small, overbooked
Parking spots are far too small, I had to crawl out the trunk of my car and I was far from the only one. If I had been a few minutes later I would not have had a spot at all despite paying in advance. Get there early and you'll still have people parking 1-2 inches from your ride.

Parking was full when I arrived! I was told you don’t get to park between your time frame you must arrive at the time you’re reserved but it doesn’t explain that when you reserve. I was not issued a refund or any accommodation. I was just horrible especially when I called the main line the lady was rude.

BEST VALUE IN PHOENIX. NEAR CHASE!
easy to find- parking is adequate for each vehicle. convenience with on line. BEST PARKING VALUE IN PHOENIX! folks you have to try this. max 20 min walk to Chase field with well marked walk way - after the game got in 7th street to freeway. home in less then 40 minutes. i want my hair anywhere else!

Parking.com is a scam!!
Parking.com is a scam!!! We prepaid for a spot and when we got there EVERY SPOT was occupied. There's no way to request a refund.

The parking lot was over sold. I paid for parking that I could not even park. The gentleman, that was monitoring the parking lot. Can care less about the situation too Busy taking cash payments.

It's convenient to reserve a parking spot online is my first reason for coming back to your site. The distance to Chase field is not a far walk at all. The exit is away from the immediate traffic coming out of the event. The exit on 7th St. suits me just fine since I'm traveling South on 7th St. Then I have the option to cancel my reservation for a refund PRIOR to the event. I BELIEVE IT'S 24 HRS.. That is enough time for me.

Inconvenient to make payment
Inconvenient to make payment. Having to enter information and or creating an account is annoying. The site requires you to save your card payment even if you plan on never parking there again.

We tried to use the QR code to pay for…
We tried to use the QR code to pay for our parking as we walked to the convention center. The website wasn’t working. Since the sign said pay ahead, we took it as you could pay ahead or you could pay when you were done. So when we got back to leave a few hours later we had the violation. We drove around trying to find someone to tell them we weren’t leaving without paying, but could not find anyone. We are not familiar with that type of parking and we’re visiting the area for my daughter’s first big tournament. I just wish we could have spoken to someone to explain what happened. We were not trying to park for free. We aren’t those kind of people.

Within 30 seconds of downloading your…
Within 30 seconds of downloading your app my phone calendar got spammed with an advertisement.
It was a pain to get it removed from my phone.
I deleted the app and my never use it again.
