Guy was very nice. He treated my car with respect. It was also convenient to where I needed to be.

There was a cone blocking the entrance and no attendant. Lot appeared to be closed. Waste of 50 bucks

Wanted to put ZERO STARS! Got there, and the entrance was blocked with cones - he came out & said “sorry, we’re full, no reservations are being honored because we gave all of our spots to the Ritz Carlton across the street!” AND now, I’m still working on a refund directly, they can see I never entered/used a spot! 😡- but my credit card company issued me one & is dealing with them!

Unreliable. When we arrived parking attendants told us that they didn't have availability even though we had paid reservation. We had to search for another parking spot and were late to our concert. Also, customer representative was rude, refused to help. Will never use this service again.

I reserved and couldnt get a spot. Even though I paid for oversized they looked at me like I was crazy for arriving with a small pick up truck. There was no chance and I had to find somewhere else.

It was pretty expensive. $63 for an old Nissan Pathfinder, not sure why that is oversize. It is much smaller than most cars today. 182.7 inches is the length, that is the same length of a Kia Forte or a Toyota Corolla. Not what I imagine as oversize. Oversize is like 205 inches, like a Tahoe or Suburban or Wagoneer or Navigator. Why does everything seem so expensive nowadays? I feel like my salary did not increase to meet these changes but yet everything just continues to go up and up and up. Why can't we all just slow down for a few, give a break to the Earth and each other. Staff was super friendly and fun!

It seems like almost every parking garage has negative reviews, probably because most people don't bother to write one when everything goes right. but this was a very smooth process. I paid in advance on an external app. I pulled in. they scanned the barcode on my phone. they asked me what time I would be coming to pick up the car so that it would be ready and I arrived at exactly the time that I predicted and my car was there ready to go.

Purchased two hour reserved parking online. Arrived at the garage and was immediately waved out by the attendant who told me there was no room even though I had a paid reservation. The attendant told me I would be able to park at their lot further down 28th St. when I arrived at that lot, the attendant there refused to honor the reservation and told me I would have to pay their full rate which was even more expensive than the regular rate at the garage. I called their corporate office and the representative there, Alex Rodriguez, ha ha told me there was nothing they could do to help me, since I had a Valentine’s Day dinner reservation, I left the car there and had to pay their full right which I thought I would be able to recoup later but was not able to. They ripped me and several other angry customers as well.

I made a reservation and it was not honored. The place was full, and they intended for us to go to another facility 'of their own' according to them. The other place had nothing to do with parking.com and it was more expensive.

The attendant was professional and pleasant.
We did not appreciate being charged for a few extra minutes.

The site did not accept my car since they were full. They should have never taken reservation from the beginning. What a scam

Great location to the garden

I prepaid for a parking space through an online reservation. When I arrived at the garage, I was told that it was full and was denied parking. I missed the event I traveled there for. Attendant told me to get a refund. I submitted a request and am waiting for a response from parking.com and sp+.

Made a reservation & paid in advance. Got to parking garage after an 2 hour drive only to be told it was full. This is outrageous! Luckily I found another garage to park in, but what if I couldn’t? I’ve lost all trust in parking.com and will use Icon parking whenever possible because they have NEVER done this to me.

Worst experience ever. I paid for a reservation for parking and when I got there to park my car the guy comes and tells me the parking lot is full knowing I had already paid for my spot ahead of time.

While the website is fine and they did refund me the money - the garage was full when I arrived and they would not allow me to park there. I reserved the spot 18 hours ahead of time. My advice is to NOT trust that you will have a space reserved for you even if you use parking.com

I had reservations, but when I came it was full and I didn’t park. I tried find another parking, it’s was double price.
