Parking.com - 900 G ST. NW Avis 14

Attendant refused to let me thru the 2nd arm to park, even though I had paid in advance and printed the confirmation page and showed him! He said that my "order number" was not the same as a "confirmation number." Then he demanded I have my credit card company confirm that I had actually paid! I tried to call but in an underground garage there is no reception (I had to drive down and in before the entrance, very hard to find...) Because of this wacko, I missed a cultural event I had been looking forward to for years. It won't happen again for 12 years. To add insult to injury, the owner or manager of parking.com, while apologizing for this incident, told me he'd send me a voucher for a day of free parking...that was Feb. 16, today is March 4 and no voucher. Next time, I will for sure just drive around and take a chance! This is the worst parking experience I have ever had in my life and I hope I can spare others from experiencing the stress and frustration. I had driven one hour from Baltimore to DC and instead of enjoying the day, I had to turn around and drive another hour home because I knew I wouldn't be able to find parking due to the major event I had planned on seeing. I don't know what this attendant was smoking, but he disappeared with a female for almost half an hour before lifting the arm to let me back out...what a creep. Ladies, stay away from these garages! They are dangerous! And if whoever is in charge decides you can't come in, they won't let you in, it doesn't matter if you have proof of paying in advance! Park in the street...

Easy to book No hidden fees,staff very friendly

Using this app made going to a concert so much easier. We didn’t have to wait in the garage exit queues two hours in the Capital One arena. No driving around looking for parking. It was a quick under 5 minutes walk. Fantastic!

I entered the address listed on the Parking.com reservation into GPS which led me to a parking garage in McGill Alley where where we parked. It turned out to be the wrong parking garage, so we had to pay for parking again on our way out. The attendant said many people have this same experience. I would appreciate a refund. Thank you.

I was unaable to find the garage. The attendant at what I thought was a neighboring facility insisted he was 962 McGill Alley and closing at 7:00.

Arrived at garage and told by attendant it was full. Told him multiple times I had a reservation and showed him it on phone. Communication issue with him did not help. Eventually he had me double park and leave keys, which I did not want to do but had no choice.

simply the worst. inane app that done not automatically bring up zone you are in and does not properly notify when time about to expire. twice I have been fined $45! Today included 6 mins after my time expired. a racket between the county and parkmobile to extract more money from the consumer. simply outrageous.

If I could give a zero I would. I got to the reserved parking garage on time to finnd it closed. Telephoned the garage manager who told me they were closed. Asked how I could get a refund and they laughed. Told me to try to contact the online reservation service to speak with someone there. Impossible to contact the website. How do I get my money back? Never again with parking.com or SPgarages in DC.

Attendant was super friendly and helpful. Easy in and out and no crowds!!

Was easy to find and no problems entering or exiting.

The garage wasn't there.. Called the help line and the lady was very helpful, however I ended up paying $40 for parking!!!

I originally gave 1 star because of an error in not getting the advertised discount, but Parking.com immediately reached out to me and resolved the error and I received the credit.

That was my sole complaint and they quickly resolved it.
