I did not mean to pay for 3 days and only parked for 3 hours… Editing my review. They refunded my parking which was meant for 3 hours and I accidentally did 3 days. I greatly appreciate it.

I dislike I am charged an extra 50…
I dislike I am charged an extra 50 cents for doing it through the app. I would figure it would be the same price as getting a slip from the machine. I also dislike it went up a dollar. Been parking there for over 2 years now and I am considering parking one lot over because it's much cheaper.

Tratan muy mal no lo recomiendo no volveré a usarlo
Por error puse la placa de mi auto mal educadamente pedí ayuda la persona que estaba encargada nos grito a mi hija y a mi yo solo estaba pidiendo ayuda sobre qué podía hacer el me grito tan fuerte que personas voltearon a ver incluso cayó su saliva en mi cara, pésimo servicio no lo recomiendo.

Because I was there for an event that…
Because I was there for an event that happens every year and had to pay $40.00 because the meter expired after two hours instead of the company just renewing the time. That was a total rip off

I wish they had a student discount. Doing my best to balance work and school, a small discount on the daily parking bills would be godsent.

Machine and app not working!
So now not only does the app not work, the machine in the in the parking lot doesn’t work either, they don’t care about anyone but getting money. Using the QR code charges you twice as much.
