Parking.com - ADOBE STOCKYARD LOT Avis 13

I paid for parking. Then was charged a fine for no payment. I then went through their appeal process and provided proof of payment and never heard back from them. Next thing I know I get a letter from a debt collectors saying they bought my debt from this company and I owe them now. I will never use this company again for parking.

There was no posting of a service fee. Not sure why a service fee was charged.

Location and QR code to pay for parking was easy to complete. You guys definitely need to improve the explanation and clearly post the cost and the amount of time for that cost. Poorly detailed to what the cost of parking in the lot was and the time frame for that cost.

I thought I paid for 2 hours however it charged me for 24 hours. The sign on the parking lot said $10. It charged me $40. I don’t like feeling cheated out of $30. Either the app is deceiving or confusing but I am the one who suffered.

Was forced to pay for event parking, which we didn’t attend, at a higher rate than advertised rate.

Payment was very misleading. The sign said $20 per day but then shows time expiration and so I assumed I had to be pay another $20. So ended up paying double for a few hours vs the day.

It was very easy to park at this lot. Also, I received a parking receipt via e-mail immediately.

No parking space was reserved and the lot was full when we arrived. No attendant. Had to pay to park in a different lot.

Problem with Android phones. I was the only one who could pay because I had an iPhone. The QR code didn't work right for the Androids and someone texted the number and never received a reply. Also, you have to put how much time you will be parked and if you want to add extra time, they try to charge you an additional $10 or $20. If there is a flat rate, why ask for the amount time you will be parked.
