For us, it worked great. However, there was no assigned number so if we had not arrived early, someone else could have bought the empty spots, and we would be left empty handed even thought we prepaid

I prepaid to park and was told when I got there that even prepaying didn’t guarantee me a spot
So why should I prepay??

I prepaid for parking on the website. Arrive at parking lot & spot was reserved since I prepaid. Easy process to get in and out. I recommend this lot for any events at the Alabama Theatre. Across the street from venue.

The costs were very high and I found several vacant spaces that could not be used.

Tim was in the parking lot helping all of the ladies going to the Alabama Theatre for the MainStreet National Conference. What a Southern touch!!! If he had not been there.....there would have been a disaster. Showing southern hospitality is a must. Tim is your guy!!!!

I went inside to get out of the rain to pay for parking and on my walk to the building and starting to pay I got two tickets two minutes apart.

I accidentally put in 4 days and it should have been 4 hours. I am not tech savvy and app was difficult to use. Contacted you twice to fix it and no response. Now I will have to tell my credit card to dispute so I can get it corrected. Will never use again

They charged me for not paying and I did. I have put in a dispute and showed them proof. I have called daily for almost 2 weeks leaving voicemails and no one was reply or call me back.

Easy to set up and pay. Updated time remaining via text. No parking garage which is the best since we were in a truck!

Easy enough to use, love the convenience.
A little pricey though. Be sure to get more than enough time on your initial purchase, the extension time will hit you pretty hard.

First experience and it was simply simple.

Went well. I liked getting the email about time left, and emailed receipt.

Easy to use and especially appreciated the text update reminding us of how much time was left and if we wanted/needed to extend.
