I and my two teenage sons were unable to make the system work. It kept saying my email address was "invalid" which is not the case. I use Parkmobile all the time and it is much easier.

Parking.com gave wrong time that parking garage closed. I showed up before the time and the parking garage was closed and locked. This caused me, and the 5 other people who were locked out of our cars... Voir plus

I prepaid online $10.00 and when leaving the parking garage I was not allowed to use my prepaid parking. I had to pay additional $4.00 to get out of the parking garage. Very disappointed.

Terrible Experience
Parking.com gave wrong time that parking garage closed. I showed up before the time and the parking garage was closed and locked. This caused me, and the 5 other people who were locked out of our cars, to find other ways home. Inconveniently made me uber 20 miles home and come back the next day to pick up my car. Never using parking.com again
