How can you not pay past midnight at a train station? What a stupid setup a five year old could come up with a better system.

Overnight Parking Glitch
Ok so the App wasn't that hard to use. My reoccurring issue was trying to book parking that went for several days. Although the company allowed it, the app did not. I called customer service and they said I needed to do a new request at midnight each night (ugh!!) so I set an alarm and did. But this seems like a bug that could be fixed.

It was ok and we had to use the internet to pay. At the parking, the toll machine was no working or hard to follow the steps.

Should not have to pay almost 6 dollars…
Should not have to pay almost 6 dollars to park when it only cost 2 dollars through metra. 2=72 would of been plenty for the day, not for every 6 hours

Convenient parking lot to Metra train…
Convenient parking lot to Metra train station. My 1st time using this app and was very pleasantly surprised how easy it was to learn and use.

Little Clunky
The app feels a little clunky and defaults to an hour reservation for a commuter train parking lot where the price does not change hourly. The time should automatically default to the maximum time for locations like this.
